Dance temple is an open freeform creative ecstatic dance space, a safe sacred space for you to just come and enjoy moving your body, dancing your prayers, stilling your mind and sweating out your stuff! There will be no facilitation through the journey, however an intention or thought to reflect on might be offered in the opening circle.
